About Jaymes
Jaymes Fleury serves as a Paralegal supporting Partner Paul C. Posadas in complex family law matters. Working closely with both attorney and client, Jaymes helps ensure that every case progresses with organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Jaymes assists with legal research, document preparation, case management, discovery, and client communication, helping transform legal strategy into thoughtful execution. He understands that successful representation depends not only on strong advocacy, but also on careful preparation and consistent follow-through. By keeping matters organized and moving forward, he allows clients and the legal team to remain focused on what matters most.
Known for his accountability and clear communication, Jaymes works directly with clients to gather information, organize records, and guide them through the practical aspects of the legal process. He believes that helping clients understand what is happening—and what comes next—can make even the most challenging situations feel more manageable.
Before becoming a paralegal, Jaymes served as a Legal Assistant, where he developed a strong foundation in case management and client service. That experience continues to shape his approach today, combining efficiency with a genuine commitment to supporting clients throughout their legal journey.
Clients appreciate Jaymes‘s responsiveness, organization, and approachable demeanor. His work reflects a simple philosophy: thoughtful preparation and clear communication create a stronger client experience and a stronger legal team.
" If you make listening and observation your occupation you will gain much more than you can by talk."

Outside the Firm
Outside of the office, Jaymes enjoys creative writing and storytelling, interests that have strengthened his ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him behind the wheel of his Miata, browsing record stores to add to his growing vinyl collection, or exploring the Pacific Northwest’s craft beer scene.
