About Jennifer

Jennifer Jenkins leads the business operations of the firm, overseeing the systems, strategy, and infrastructure that drive performance, growth, the client experience, and team care.

With more than a decade of law firm administration experience, Jennifer is responsible for how the firm runs. She designs and implements the operational framework that allows attorneys to focus on legal strategy while ensuring the business itself operates efficiently, consistently, and with purpose. From workflow design and team development to technology and process optimization, her work shapes both internal performance and external experience.

She operates at the intersection of operations, client care, and team wellbeing. Her leadership reflects a balance of structure and trust—setting clear expectations, providing the tools and resources for success, and giving professionals the space to do their work, while remaining available for collaboration and support.

Jennifer has a strong instinct for identifying talent and building teams that are cohesive, accountable, and aligned. She believes it is an honor and a privilege when talented professionals choose to contribute their abilities to a shared vision—and she treats that responsibility with respect.

Jennifer’s work at Strata reflects a clear responsibility: building and running a firm where both the business and the client experience operate with clarity, structure, and purpose.

"The future is not set. There is no fate but what we make for ourselves."

— John Connor, Terminator 2: Judgement Day

Outside the Firm

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest and spending time with her family.

What Clients Say

In their own words.

★★★★★
"Paul has been my lawyer through all 7 years of a contentious divorce and parenting plan. In that time he has shown unparalleled knowledge, skill and ability, seeing me through many significant legal battles versus my former spouse. Because of him, I have my sons in my custody and my 2A rights. He is courteous, quick witted and meticulous in his strategy and approach to court procedure. His insight, ability and stellar track record place him in an exceptional category above his peer group. You absolutely want Paul on your side!"
— Daniel - Avvo Review of Paul Posadas
★★★★★
"I had a bad experience with a previous lawyer so when I worked with Riley I was impressed by how smoothly the firm ran and I felt heard."
— Max - Avvo Review of Riley Moos
★★★★★
"I had a consult with Katrina and in 1 hour she helped boost my confidence and gave me more helpful insight than I received from the first two meetings I had with another firm. She was honest and to the point and understanding. If it was necessary to retain in the future I would absolutely feel good about using her for representation"
— Kassi - Avvo Review of Katrina Otto
